Website: We collect your school name, contact name, email address, and phone number (optional). App (iPad, Android, and web): The app collects game performance data (e.g. scores and results) for app functionality purposes. Student first names are pre-loaded into a school-provisioned database during registration — the app does not collect this data from users. Students do not create accounts or sign into the app.

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure within the EEA. We do not share your data with third parties, except Resend (for sending emails). iPad and Android app: Session data and logs stay on-device or are shared locally between classroom devices via peer-to-peer sync (Bluetooth and local network). No game data is sent to external servers. Web app (app.agallamh.com): Session data is synced via a secure server (Cloudflare Durable Object) over the internet. All data is scoped to your school and cannot be accessed by other schools. An internet connection is required.

A classroom modelling activity allows students to take photographs. iPad and Android app: These photos are shared between classroom devices only via peer-to-peer sync. They are never uploaded to any server. Web app: Photos are temporarily stored on your school's secure server (Cloudflare Durable Object) during the session. They are not shared with any third party and are deleted when the session ends.

Teachers can delete their account and all associated school data by going to Settings in the app and selecting 'Delete Account'. This will permanently delete all your data, including school data, student names, and any performance data. This action cannot be undone. You can also contact us at priobhaideachas@agallamh.com to request account deletion.
